She was predeceased by: her husbands, Creed Eary Elkins and Herman Decoy Stinson; her son Larry Plyman; her parents, Mosier Crabtree and Laura Crabtree (Stephens); and her siblings, Flossie Crabtree, William "Bud" Crabtree, Steve Crabtree, Blanche Jones (Crabtree) and Lucille Maddox Jennings (Crabtree).
She is survived by: her children, Mark Elkins (Leah) of Jamestown, TN and Mary Elaine Elkins of Palm Coast, FL; her grandchildren, Doug Plyman of Dayton, OH, Angie Myers (Doug) of Dayton, OH and Ben Elkins of Jamestown, TN; her sister Dean Smith of Jamestown, TN; and her close friends, Kaye Gunter, Janice Wright and Ova Mae Richards A. She is also survived by 6 Great-Grandchildren 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
