She is survived by: her son Marcus DeKovin "Mike" Strickland, II; her daughter-in-law Kimberly Ann; her granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Strickland; and her siblings, Christine S. Prescott, Donnie Scofield, Sylvia S. Rasey and Tom Scofield.
