He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Francis Holman and Geneva Mae Holman (Pigg); his wife Linda Lee Holman (Surface); and his sister Vivian Ann Owen (David). He is survived by: his daughter Shelly Kaye Simons (Daniel Simons); his grandchildren, Nathanael, Joshua, Benjamin, Cora, Samuel, Zachary, Timothy, Gabriel and Jonathan Simons; and his parents-in-law, Wanda Maddle (David), Frankie Surface (Betty) and Yolanda Coates (Brian).
