He was predeceased by: his brother Scott Doll. He is survived by: his parents, Edward Lewis and Barbara Jean Schulz Doll; his wife Susan Rachelle Doll; his children, Taylor Doll, Jordan Doll and Emily Doll; his grandson Thomas Doll; and his siblings, Colene Doll and Mark Doll.
