He is survived by: his children, Kay Brady (David) of Cookeville and Sam B. Coward III (Wendy) of Crosslake, MN; his grandchildren, David Carter (Catherine), John Brady and Fiona Hardy (Brian); his great grandchildren, Juana, Finn and Roland; and his nieces, Elizabeth Cameron (Bill) of Cookeville and Barbara Maxwell (John) of Carthage.
