He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Mullins. He is survived by: his siblings, Glenda Brown, Ann Jordan, Brenda Savage, Faye Mullins, Janice Myers (Jerry), Lisa Mullins, Thomas Mullins, Steven Mullins (Angie), Phillip Mullins, Tracey Mullins (Sandy) and Shun Mullins; and his aunt Elizabeth Bohannon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home (59 N Jefferson Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501).
