James Carl Buck Sr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2023, at the age of 88, James Carl Buck Sr. of Algood, Tennessee, born in Rickman, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Buck and Mattie Green Buck; and his brother Paul Buck. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Thompson Buck; his children, James Carl Buck, Jr. (Melissa) and Joy Buck Gothard; and his grandchildren, James Christopher Buck, Billy Ray Buck (Victoria) of Sparta, Adam Buck Gothard (Taylor) of Baxter and Brittany Gothard Kuykendall of Strawberry Plains. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cookeville Rescue Mission, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Salem Cemetery are requested.
