Knowlton; his stepgrandchildren, Quinton, Bailey Qualls, Austin, Cody, Kayelyn Garrett, Malia Dishman, Mason, Jaxson and Cambree Boles; and his siblings, Michael H. Knowlton (Cindy), Edward Timothy Knowlton (Judy), Anthony Wayne Knowlton (Debbie), Russell S. Knowlton (Patti), Gary Knowlton and Suzan Loraine Knowlton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
