He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Allen and Estelle Mabry Allen; and his brother Shirrel Allen. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gore Allen; his children, Amy Fox (Bryann), Robert Allen (Laura) of Cookeville and David Allen (Janielle) of Cookeville; his siblings, Mary Anna Allen of Algood, Dian Batey (Jim) of Fayetteville, TN, Charley Lewis Allen (Pat) of Cookeville and Rellon Allen (Hazel) of Cookeville; and his grandsons, Eli, Jack Fox and Joseph Allen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
