He is survived by: his wife Martha Lynch Silcox; his parents, Thomas Silcox of Alexandria and Connie Grisham of Carthage; his children, Harley Marek (Landon) of Gordonsville and Levi Ellis of Hartsville; and his granddaughter Ava Silcox of Gordonsville.
