She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ray and Gladys Chism Ray; her former husband Puggy Cook; her great grandchild Dylan Harwell; and her brother Roy Ray.
She is survived by: her husband Carpet Store; her children, Melinda Miller (Mark) of Smithville, Tina Gipson (Matt) of Alexandria and Ernie Cook (Kristin) of Alexandria; her grandchildren, Jamie Anderson (Holly), Josh Miller (Melissa), Jaya Harwell (Jerry), Shannon Anderson (Jessica), Tosha Maynard (Tommy) and Makayla Cook; her brother Ernest Ray (Elene) of Adams, TN; and her siblings-in-law, Joe Cook (Brenda) of Watertown, Patsy Ray of Smithville, Dorothy George of Alexandria, Pam Young of Smithville and Lisa Rhody of Smithville.
