He is survived by: his sons, Brian Shoulders (Beth Wood) and Gary Shoulders of Linden; his grandchildren, Sydney Russell (Lance) of Lafayette and Brooke Shoulders of Evansville, Indiana; his great grandchild Livie Russell; his siblings, Jean Shoulders Cox of Hartsville and Danny Shoulders of Dixon Springs; and his nephew Dale Shoulders of Smithville.
