He was predeceased by: his wife Zena. He is survived by: his son Greg Padgett; his granddaughter Ashlee Crawford (Josh) of Clinton, TN; his great grandchildren, Johnathan, Kenslie and Ryland; and also, Kathy Russell, Tori Scarbrough of Knoxville, TN and Jessie Padgett.
