He was predeceased by: his parents, William McKinley and Edna Millsaps; and his wife Lodema Millsaps. He is survived by: his children, Lea Ann Poole (Mike) of Spring City, Libby Watson (Greg) of Spring City and Jeff Millsaps (Patricia) of Seymour; and his siblings, Ruth Hampton, Martha Cartwright, Harry and Jerry Millsaps. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Millsaps Mission Fund.
