He was predeceased by: his stepfather Gary Collins; his sister Sonia Russell; and his grandparents, Don, Joanne Gregg, Norman, Maydora Kunath, Barbara Gregg, Robert Hubbard Sr., Leota and Armond Collins.
He is survived by: his mothers, Sue Collins and Pamela Gregg; his siblings, Mitch (Nora Collins), Shannon Collins, Tom (Bonnie Gregg), Carrie (Rodney McKelvey), Brad (Kale McNett), Traci (Alex O'Neil) and Justin (Lisa Gregg); and his grandparents, Janice Hubbard, Patricia and Ted Crum. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
