He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Rouse and Georgia Rouse; his siblings, Arliss, Wanda Buhl (Ray) and Lois Stallings (Dexter); his sons, Brian Justin and Christopher Donald; and his brothers-in-law, Glen, Donnie and Jack Hughett.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Rouse; his son Scott Rouse (Patty); his grandson Justin Samuel Rouse (Chloe); his siblings-in-law, Helen Hughett, Ronnie and Steve Hughett (Cindy); his friends, Carman Tull and Larry "Red" Combs; and his caregivers, Georgia Jones and Dee Harless. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Berry Funeral Home (3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
