It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Jane Payne of Alcoa, Tennessee, who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Axley and Edna Axley; and her brother Bob Axley. She is survived by: her husband James Payne; her son Chris; her daughter-in-law Rachel Payne; her daughter Kelli; her son-in-law Mike McBrayer; her grandchildren, Lexi, Gracie McBrayer, Emiline, Christopher and Luke Payne; and her brothers, Mike (Cathy Axley) and Ronnie Axley.
