He is survived by: his wife Clara Fields; his children, Vince Fields, Lisa Riddle (Rob), Becky Fields, Joel Fields (Jeanie) and Kris Fields (Debbie); and his siblings, Aubrey Fields (Joyce), Juanita Hawk, Mary Baker and Janie Fields-Shore (Ed). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
