He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Williams Wing; and his parents, Howard Russell Wing and Mildred Wing Moquin. He is survived by: his children, Elaine Stout (Dean) of Alcoa and Dan Wing; his grandchildren, Amy Woellert (Heath) of Alcoa and David Neetz, Jr. of Alcoa; and his great grandchild Mason Woellert.
