Max Allen Maples Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Max Allen Maples of Alcoa, Tennessee, who passed away on March 27, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Max farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Max is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Mack Maples and Gunnell Bain Maples; and his sisters, Stephnie Maples, Beckie Maples and Kim Maples Harbison.
He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Guimond (Jeff) of Greenback, TN, Rodney Scott Maples of Rockford, TN and Shanda Hardin (Mark) of Ramseur, NC.. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and many loving friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Loflin Funeral Home (147 Coleridge Rd, Ramseur, NC 27316). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jordan Memorial United Methodist Church (1511 Main St, Ramseur, NC 27316).
