He is survived by: his children, Johnny (Debbie Crawford), Kathleen (Brent Hoen), Elizabeth (Eric Nelson), Charles (Mary Crawford) and Connie (Mark Garrett); his grandchildren, Kari Crawford (Kevin Tapper), Tricia LaFratta (Angelo), J. J. Crawford (Megan Andersen), Jennifer Pike (Derek), Jessica Crawford (Steven), Sarah Mayberry (Jonathan), Chad Crawford, Derek Zeck (Melissa), Byron Young (Leslie), Brandon Young (Alma), Kathryn Garrett and Tonya Vinatieri (Dave); his great grandchildren, Jayce, Luca LaFratta, Tamara Zittel (Kyle), Katherine Erickson, Bryanna, Madison, Ollie Young, Aubrey, Mackenzie Zeck, Kaydence, Kylee Mayberry, Eli Gardea, Hannah and Emma; and his parents-in-law, Connie Butolph of Plainfield, Bob Hetzel (Andrea) of Ingleside, IL, Claudia Kaiser of Bayou Vista, TX, Steven Hetzel (Lynn) of West Yarmouth, MA and Teri Cotton (Uli) of Dousman. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
