She was predeceased by: her husband John "Pappy" Veal; and her children, Christopher Veal and Vickie Veal. She is survived by: her daughter Laurel Veal; her sister Betty Bishop; her daughter-in-law Janice Veal of Alcoa; her daughter Carol Yandell (Jerry) of Georgia; and her grandchildren, Aaron, Jacob, Jasmine, Dylan, Dane, Patrick, Wren and Ryan. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
