She is survived by: her child Pierce Groce Sr; her sister Barbara Hubbard; her nieces, Lala Henderson, Julie Crawley, Karen Robinson, Michelle Iman and Marian Milton; and her nephew Samuel McGriff. She is also survived by great-great grandchildren, friends.
