He was predeceased by: his wife Lou Ann Garner; his children, Debbie Garner Denton and Michael Ray Garner; his siblings, Lyle Garner, Gloria Perry, Wanda Arms, Bruce Garner and Doris Haven; and his parents, Samuel Preston Garner and Millie Garner.
He is survived by: his brother Wayne Garner. He is also survived by his sons and their families, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
