He is survived by: his children, Gary Hatfield, Kelly Hatfield and Sarah Kelso; his siblings-in-law, LuAnne and Steve Smith; and his caregivers, Marcia Pranger, Jen C and Romeo Nowlin. He is also survived by grandchildren; special friends.
