He is survived by: his wife Gail Ellis Stokes; his daughter Anna Stokes (VA); his sister Janice Borden; his stepson Matthew Pickens (Nikki); his grandchildren, Destin-Jabez Stokes, Julia Coello, Brooklynn Aguilar, Santiago Aguilar, Zarrick Veney, Jr., Hannah and Halle Pickens of Friendsville; his great grandchild Charlotte Grace; his nephew Rusty Borden (Dawn); and his great-nephew Zack Borden of Maryville.
