He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Lumpkin (Florence Mills) and Linton Lumpkin. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bailey Lumpkin (Patty); his children, Scott Douglas Lumpkin and Lezlie Lumpkin Price (Robert); his grandchildren, Grayson Miller Price, Braeden Ladd Price and Shafer Douglas Price; his brother Thom Mills (Beth); his nephews, Wesley Mills (Sarah) and Alex Mills (Carly); his niece Laura Beth Mills McGlathery (Sam); and his pet Dolly.
