She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Moyers and Lena Rogers Moyers of Speedwell; her brothers, Earl Moyers of Speedwell and Bill Moyers of Maryville; and her nephew David Moyers of Maryville.
She is survived by: her sister Norma Moyers Foster; her nieces, Cindy Foster Lloyd, Jennifer Foster Huffstetler and Amanda Foster Johnson; and her nephew Danny Moyers. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and great-nieces and nephews.
The family requests all guests wear masks and observe social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dot's memory can be made to the organization, to your favorite garden club or to Broadway United Methodist Church. As a breast cancer and stroke survivor, Dot also would ask that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
