He is survived by: his daughters, Kelsey Marie Martin, Haley Rose Martin and Jada Paige; his parents, Frank Erjavec and Teresa Erjavec; and his siblings, Jeff (San Juan), Frank (Rhonda), Carrie Hancock (Justin) and Melissa Erjavec. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
