She is survived by: her nephew Jason Godsey; her husband Curtis Wade; her children, April Wade and Josh; her daughter-in-law Amy Wade; her grandchildren, Caden Garner, Abby Brown and Maddox Wade; her sister Cindy; her brother-in-law Steve Tipton; her brother Jerome; her sister-in-law Theresa Alsobrook; her stepmother Sue Alsobrook; her sister-in-law Bette Wade; and her close friends, Rhonda Rogers and Sue Marsdon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
