It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Rakestraw (Alcoa, Tennessee), who passed away on September 22, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Long and Helen Long. She is survived by: her husband Harry Rakestraw; her children, Steve Rakestraw (Ann) and Jane Jenkins (Mike); her grandchildren, Amanda Farner (Clint Russell), Melanie Jenkins (RJ Michaels) and Chara Rakestraw; and her great grandchildren, Isla, Parker, Natalie and Merritt.
