He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Harber and Mary Sue Peace Harber; and his siblings, Jimmy Harber, Wayne Harber, Charles Ray Harber and Linda Sue Haynes.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Harber of Alamo, TN and Adrian Harber (Santana) of Brownsville, TN; and his granddaughter Kristie Holland of Medina, TN. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
