He was predeceased by: his father John Franklin Clepper; and his siblings, Artie Mae Flemming, Mary Sue Davenport, Irvin Clepper, Jerriel Clepper, Leland Clepper, Paul Clepper and John Clepper.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Tinker Clepper of Alamo; his children, Penny Clepper of Colorado and Brian Clepper of Alamo; his grandson Matt Clepper; and his stepgrandchildren, Dawson Lobb and Saelah Lobb.
