She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Monroe Pipkin and Sisily Annie Parker Pipkin; her husband Lem M. Pearson; and her sisters, Pennie Neely and Burnette Liles.

She is survived by: her children, Jim George Pearson (Lynette) of Memphis, TN and Donna Sue Pearson Climer (Wayne) of Bells, TN. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
