He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melba Kilgore and Stewart C. Kilgore; his wife Brenda "Jean" Kilgore; his children, Jennifer, Stewart "Chip", Kimberly, Christopher and Juliana; his grandchildren, Derrick, Dylan, Gracie, Delaney, Sydney and Vincent; his great grandchild Gideon "Luca"; and his siblings, Gordon, Sharon and Theresa. He was also cherished by 31 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family, per Stewart's wishes, requests that a donation be made to the following charities in Stewart's name: Wounded Warrior Project Tunnels to Towers, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Shriners International.
