He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tullock and Letha Phillips Tullock; his wife Ruth Hartman Tullock; and his siblings, Ethel Tullock, Howard Tullock, Robert Tullock (Reba) and Harlan Tullock (Gertie).
He is survived by: his sister Gladys Tullock; his sister-in-law Margaret Tullock; his caregiver Charlie Fellers; and also, Macy Kidwell and Talon Kidwell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as many great and great great nieces and nephews.
