We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2023, at the age of 97, Sally Kate Waddell Brown of Afton, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Pete and Clementine Waddell (Tiny); and her siblings, Horace, Ben, Toy, Albert, Alice Nease and Ollie May Parman.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Sherrell Brown Doty (L. A. Doty, Jr.) and James Timothy Brown (Nancy). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and great grandchildren.
