He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Penny Blazer Phillips; his son Jeff (Della Phillips); his grandchildren, Geneva Phillips, Alex Phillips, Michael Cate and Crystal Eckman; his siblings, Lawrence Jr., Judy Phillips, Betty, Dean Blanken, Claude and Nellie Phillips; his father-in-law Ray Blazer; his close friends, Jack, Diana Cremins and Shirley Carmer; his father Lawrence Phillips; his stepmother Sally Phillips; his mother Elsie Wills Phillips Renault; and his mother-in-law Margaret Hawk Blazer.
