She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter and Martha Ann Bruning Winter; her grandson Stephen Paul Sitton; her son-in-law Joseph Sitton; and her brother Siegfried Winter (Dorothy).
She is survived by: her children, John Duane Vogt (Jill) of Denham Springs, LA, Elizabeth Ann Gebert (Michael) of Manor, TX, Suzanne Marie Sitton of Lake Providence, LA, Jeannette Michelle Strouth (Lonnie) of Vinton, VA and William Conrad Vogt (Charity) of Limestone, TN.; her grandchildren, David Vogt (Kim), Regan Penning (Carlos), Ben Vogt (Allyson), Katie Speer (Sam), Justin Vogt, Jason Reeves (Dawn), Nathan Reeves (Sheila), Seth Reeves (Lindsey), Melissa Faires (Tom), Joseph Strouth (Amy), Samuel Strouth (Ashley), Rachel Strouth, Hannah Vogt (Alex), Sarah Vogt Tucker (Lewis) and Thatcher Vogt; and her great grandchildren, Aarin, Malinn Vogt, Micah, Liam, Noe'Penning, Shawn, Annemarie Vogt, Aiden Caldwell, Walker, Jackson, Grey Reeves, Justin, Ben, Elaina Reeves, Avery, Eli Reeves, Margaret Rose (Maggie), Elizabeth Faires (Beth), Delilah Mischloney and Madeline Wingerter.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jeffers Funeral Home (101 Graceland Ln, Afton, TN 37616). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Graceland Memorial Gardens (101 Graceland Ln, Afton, TN 37616).
