He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Brockwell and Barbara Brockwell; his son Nathan Phillips; his siblings, Billy Jack Brockwell, Cecil Ralph Brockwell, Bennie Brockwell and Kathy Jean Brockwell; his parents-in-law, Taylor David and Shelby Jean Mathes; and his brothers-in-law, Dwight Foulks and Daryle Hensley.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Michelle Brockwell; his children, Donna, Cody Shoemaker and Roseanne Metcalf; his grandson Ethan Shoemaker; his sister Beverly; his siblings-in-law, Randy Wykle, Charles Foulks, Jack, Cheryl Shipley, Kathy Hensley, Glenna Foulks and Joe Mathes (Karen Fann); his nieces and nephews, Neal Brockwell (Clara Ragon), Nevaeh Brockwell and Storm Brockwell; and his close friends, Keith, Jeff and Robbie.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
