He is survived by: his wife Mary Blake; his sons, Brent (Elizabeth) and Freddy Blake (Misty); his grandchildren, Ella, Laney, Heidi, Ayele, Talitha, Haddon, Savannah and Douglas Blake; his sister Gina Susong (Ricky); his brothers-in-law, Gary (Jenny), Robert (Donna) and Jim Harrell (Donna); and his mother-in-law Louise Harrell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
