He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene Hope Howe; his parents, Otto Howe and Sue Howe; and his siblings, Ernest Howe, John Howe, Dorothy Vest, Bernice Vest and Reba Bowman.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Sherry, Eddie House, Sharman and Bill Lyons; and his sister-in-law Jean Seaton. He is also survived by caregivers/nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church.
