She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Childress and Martha Childress (Charles Eddie Miller); her grandchildren, Matthew Shepherd and Marla Gardner; and her siblings, Bill, Millard, Raymond, Earnest Childress, Anna Shelton and Donna Higgins.
She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda; her son-in-law Larry Belt; her son Eddie Dean; her daughter-in-law Mary Miller; and her grandchildren, Kim Doane, Kristina Hubbard, Tashia Wampler, Lucas Belt, Marlin Shelton and Misty Sybrant. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
