He is survived by: his wife Myra Ward; his son Brandon; his daughters-in-law, Brandi Ward and Sarah McQueen Sauceman; his grandchildren, Hannah Ward, Cooper Ward, Raelyn Willett, Clara Willett and Hal James Ward; and his mother Elizabeth Ward.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of the donors choice in David's memory.
