He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Kendrick of Afton; his daughter Lena; his son-in-law Jeff Dean; his grandchildren, Jasper of Greeneville, Kellan of Greeneville and Harlow of Greeneville; and his siblings, Jack Kendrick of Frenchburg, KY and Roseanna McGill of Xenia, OH.
