She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Robbie "Bud" Southerland; her parents, Claude Dixon and Zelma Dixon; and her siblings-in-law, Lennis Southerland, Norman Brown, Terris, Wylene Peters, Hack, Robert Peters and Joe Bob Sluder.
She is survived by: her sons, Philip Peters and Jeffrey (Donna Peters); her grandchildren, Melissa "Nicki" King (Matt), Megan Boatman (David), Justin Peters and Sarah Silver (Allon); her great grandchildren, Maddox McKinney, Izzy King, Allie Boatman, Mason Boatman, Connor Boatman, Paisley Silver and Kinsley Silver; her brothers, Cecil Dixon, Ray Dixon (Gwen) and Steve Dixon (Janie); her close friends, Jackie, Robin Quillen, Paul, Mary Ann Gray, Loraine Guice, Betty Robinson, Nancy Burns, Sarah Reichert, Gerri Richard, Cheryl Aholt and Mary Runyon; her husband Charles B. Peters; her sister Gail Wemmer (Ronnie); and her sisters-in-law, Brenda Dixon, Helen, Ruby Peters and Elwanda Hixon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
