She was predeceased by: her husband David Painter; her son Timothy Painter; her parents, B. H. Johnson and Kathleen Johnson; and her siblings, Leonard Johnson, David Johnson, Mary Johnson, Martha Tweed and Phyllis Jones.
She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy (Sandra Painter) and Dale (Alicia Painter); her grandchildren, Brooke Malone, Alex Painter, Dylan Painter and Abigail Campbell (Chance); and her sisters, Gladys (Doug Reaves) and Beatrice (Ricky Key). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
