She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Surratt and Mary Ellen Surratt of Adamsville, TN.; and her grandparents, Audrey of Adamsville, Aubrey Surratt of Adamsville, Robert of Adamsville and Dorothy Wright of Adamsville.
She is survived by: her daughter Olivia Osborne (Christopher); her sister Mitzi Surratt of Adamsville; and her aunt Barbara G. Maness (Joe Dan) of Selmer, TN.. She is also survived by many family members and friends.
