He is survived by: his wife Wanda Carroll; his children, Janet Risner, Steve Carroll (Tammy), Lewis Carroll and Matt Carroll (Kenzie); his grandchildren, Jeremy Williams, Melissa Williams, Ami Williams, Jess Williams, Lance Carroll, Caleb Carroll and Sara Grace Carroll (Kepley); and his sister Peggy Blurton. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
