He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Burch, Sr. and Mary Louise Smith Burch; and his siblings, Helen "Cissy" Burch Kelley and Charles "Red" Edward Burch, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Weeks (David), Mary Warren (James) and Michael Burch (Amy); his sister Mary Joan Earnest; and his grandchildren, Amy McQueen (B. J.), Christopher Burrow (Brandi), Tisha Plunk (Chris), Ashleigh Hacker (Alex), Cody Weeks (Cassie), Tyler Warren (Jessica), Stephanie Eubanks and Jerry Warren (Morgan). He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
